I’ve been a commercial artist, marketing designer and creative director for 30+ years. I’m also a certified professional coach (CPC, ELI-MP). I’ve worked with B2B, B2C brands and clients, across various sectors, as well as entrepreneurs and grassroots organizations, to position, design and launch their brands, their businesses and their mission.

I have a BFA of Fine Arts in Design and have worked as a branding creative with countless companies in luxury, tech, lifestyle and non-profit. Brands and clients include; Deloitte, Mazda, IAC, Uber, UBS, L’Oreal, Softsheen Carson, LVMH, Moet Hennessy, Rachel Ray, Ferragamo, Bon Appétit, Mexico Tourism, Teen Vogue, W Magazine, Kaye Jewelers, VOSS, Crain’s and New York Magazine and with non-profit organizations such as the National Urban League, Volunteers of America, Serve Your City DC, TAAF, Root Cause, Biogen Foundation and The Women in the World Foundation.

Through the years, seeking new avenues of creativity as well as balance in life and business, I’ve trained in various modalities of coaching and self actualization tools. Coaching and energy models include; Transformative Personal Development, Wayfinder Coaching, Energy Leadership, Positive Intelligence™, Usui Reiki, Consciousness of Radical Equity Leadership.

Today, I am dedicated to aligning my work at The Creative Type to respond to the call for equity and positive change in our complex world. My services are for everyone. In my commitment of creating a path for wholeness and belonging for all of us, I offer my services on a sliding scale prioritizing BIPOC folks and businesses, and also to anyone who has a specific need. Just ask.

I’ve come to believe that coaching can be an essential part of the mind, body, spirit trifecta. Everyone, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, age, varying accessibility requirements, religious or economic background should have access to all of these resources, not just the ones that are covered by insurance. I’m always immersed in evolving tools and knowledge to support my clients’ ongoing growth and development, so that we may move forward to heal our aching planet and all of us.

I give thanks to my/our ancestors, nature, the indigenous lands of the Lenape and Mohican tribes for their wisdom and provenance. Without this, all that we have would be impossible. As I apply my learning in my own life, the designer in me continues to evolve and so do the The Creative Type’s offerings, in efforts to align with the needs of our delicate world. It’s becoming increasingly important for us as a society to raise our consciousness by personally empowering ourselves and also strengthening and giving back to our communities.
